MILLWRIGHT INSTRUMENTATION
As a specialized industrial mechanic, PCMS installs, troubleshoots, adjust and maintains industrial equipment and machinery. We are proficient in the hydraulics/pneumatics, belt/gears, chains and machine guarding.
CRANE RECERTIFICATION
As a certified crane operator, PCMS is able to inspect, repair, certify and maintain any overhead, jib and or gantry cranes.
CONFINED SPACE
As a holder of a confine space entry permit, PCMS is qualified to perform work in situations that are hazardous to the health or safety. All of our trained confined space employees also have their first aid/CPR/AED training.
ACZ LICENSE
As a licensed ACZ permit holder, PCMS is authorized to drive multiple vehicle class. A class A licence allows us to drive any tractor-trailer combination as well as motor vehicles exceeding 11,000, gross weight. A class C licence allows us to drive any regular bus and motor coach excluding school purposes bus. A class Z licence allows us operate air brake equipped motor vehicles.
WORKING AT HEIGHTS
As a trained and qualified working at height professionals, PCMS is certified to work over 8 feel high and also with work elevated platforms.
WELDING
As a certified welder, PCMS also has a transferable SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) and GMAW (gas metal arc welding) CWB welding tickets. This certification grants us the right to weld on structures under a company/contractor CWB certified.
INSTRUMENTATION
As an instrumentalist, we can also provide specialized electrical services dealing with the operator interface, electric switches, sensors, buttons and safety devices.
FABRICATION
As an industrial fabrication specialist, PCMS has the expertise to work with heavy industrial components such as tanks, steel and metal sheets. Furthermore, we have the ability to design custom construction suited for your manufacturing projects while improving your processes.
